When using features that interact with Google Drive, we only request and access the specific files you explicitly select. We do not access, scan, or collect information about other files in your Drive. This limited permission is read-only and used solely for the purpose of processing your selected documents. We do not have access to your Google Drive content other than documents you explicitly select.

The only action the app takes in the context of your Google Drive is copying the selected document to Doxy's drive. No one else but the app's server has access to those copies.

You can delete those copies at any time from the Templates page.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

• Identify you in our system using your name and email address
• Process your file permissions to copy selected templates from your Google Drive to Doxy's drive, which is necessary to provide our document generation service
• Communicate important service updates and information about your account
• Comply with legal obligations

• With trusted partners who assist in service operations, under strict confidentiality agreements

Access to documents in Doxy's drive is protected by Google Drive's own security measures. No one else but the app's service account has access to those documents.
